The 14th AU summit, held in the Ethiopian capital Addis Ababa, wraps up this Tuesday. It was not without personal drama: the current chairman, Libya's leader Muammar Gaddafi, thundered at delegates when he failed to secure a second year-long term at the top of the organisation.
