The EU is about to begin negotiations on a new Common Agricultural Policy to replace the current one which runs out in 2013. A major battle is gearing up between France, whose farmers get 20% of the CAP's annual budget of 40 billion euros, and other European countries, who are complaining that France gets undue benefits. What are the possible solutions?
