Sarkozy’s father releases memoirs

In today’s French papers, we look at an interview of the “First Father”, Pal Sarkozy who has released his memoirs. Also, we look at the reaction in the French papers to the EU’s “bailout” for Greece. FRIDAY, 26th MARCH, 2010

Pal Sarkozy is interviewed in today’s Le Parisien. The French President’s father has just released his memoirs, “Tant de vie”.  He says there have been 200 books written about his son and in many of them Pal Sarkozy was accused of having walked out on his family. “I lost a lot of sleep over what was said about me,” says Sarkozy the elder. He wanted to set the story straight.

Also in today’s papers, coverage of the EU financial aid package for Greece and an interview with the young French man who hacked into Barack Obama’s and Britney Spear’s Twitter accounts.
