Will they really tax the bankers? (part 2)

British Prime Minister Gordon Brown is the latest leader to subscribe to the idea of taxing bankers, a move already being tested in Sweden. But François Picard’s panel believes the true momentum for the measure comes not from Europe, but the United States.
