Prague treaty - step towards a nuclear-free world?
Barack Obama and Dmitrii Medvedev are in Prague today to sign what many are calling the most significant nuclear arms control treaty in two decades. The long-awaited agreement replaces the 1991 Start Treaty, which expired last December. The treaty limits both sides to a maximum of 1550 nuclear warheads, a reduction of around 30% on current levels.
