Showdown: British political leaders prepare for live televised debate
With three weeks to go before the General Election, the leaders of the UK's three main political parties are preparing for Thursday's live televised debate. Although they're a regular feature in US elections, it's the first time it's ever been done in the United Kingdom. It's a chance for PM Gordon Brown and his rivals, David Cameron and Nick Clegg, to give themselves an edge in the polls, as most predict the vote will return a hung parliament.
