On tonight's debate: Millennium Goals. It's been ten years since the UN set targets on poverty, hunger, education, health, HIV/AIDS, the environment and something called 'global partnership'. It is now five years before the fixed delivery date. Is the UN on target to achieve its goals? Or are the needs of millions, perhaps billions still not being met?
