Does Belgium still make sense? That's a question many are asking after the country lurched into its third political crisis in less than two years. The ruling coalition collapsed last week when a Flemish party walked out over a language dispute in the flashpoint suburbs of Brussels. The timing couldn't be worse: Belgium's economy is in difficulty, and it's soon to take over the rotating presidency of the EU.
