Tonight's special programme takes a closer look at Germany and its place in Europe. While it has been Greece making the headlines with its debt crisis, Germany has also been present throughout, mainly due to Berlin's lack of enthusiasm for the bailout loan to Athens. So is Germany a true EU member? Or is it more of a country that is willing to take what is on offer and avoid doing the right thing for the other less well-off members?
