Tonight the France 24 debate is focused on the Shanghai World Expo, to be officially launched this Friday. Will the planning experiments of the not-too-distant past be avoided by the new thinking and new ideas of the architects of tomorrow? Or will the plans for a brave new world of town living result in the same sad results?
