Greece: where does the buck stop? (Part 2)

Tonight, the Greek Bail out: the buck stops where? A three year plan, a loan to be repaid to the Eurozone countries, backed by the EU and the IMF. In total the bail out adds up to a record 110 billion euros. With the announcement the bail out deal has been concluded a bomb went off at the Athens branch of the HSBC bank. The fear is that with more austerity there will be more and more suffering to come.
