May Day: the end of social movements?
This weekend saw the traditional May Day celebrations. Trade union marches were sparsely attended here in France, despite the economic crisis and social tensions. The French government saw this as a good sign, but unions warned that the streets could still erupt. Are we witnessing the end of social movements that have punctuated France's history?
Presented by Marc Perelman.
