Tonight: is Africa ready for economic take-off? Africa is the continent of untapped potential. So where better to relaunch the world economy? Emerging economic giants like China have long recognised the potential, and it could equally be argued that France, Britain, Belgium, Portugal and Italy recognised it generations ago. Tonight we're examining what happens next for Africa.
