Raymond Domenech will walk into the line of fire tonight when he unveils his squad for this summer’s World Cup at a press conference. We want to hear who YOU think should be selected to represent France this summer.
 
FRANCE24 viewers can watch the drama unfold live tonight, and your comments will be trawled over by our Sports team and discussed on a live, post-selection show which will analyse Domenech's selection. 
 
Domenech, who is struggling with a questionable record as coach and is roundly jeered at most football games, has a difficult task ahead of him, as injuries, out-of-form players and a police investigation plague the French team.
 
In theory Domenech is spoilt for choice. However, defender William Gallas has a calf problem, Thierry Henry and Karim Benzema have spent an eyebrow-raising amount of time on the bench this season, and Patrick Vierra is arguably getting a little old. And that's before one considers that three of his potential players – star player Frank Ribery, Sidney Govou and Benzema – are embroiled in a murky police investigation involving a child prostitution ring.
 
FRANCE24 staffers have been heatedly debating the subject over the past few days and our Sports Editor has compiled their fantasy selection for the Cup (listed below). Over to you!
 
Goalkeepers: Lloris, Mandanda and Carasso
Defenders: Gallas, Abidal, Sagna, Evra, Mexes, Boumsong, Fanni, Clichy
Midfielders: Ribery, Malouda, Gourcuff, Lassana Diarra, Toulalan, Nasri, Govou, Cheyrou
Forwards: Henry, Anelka, Cisse, Benzema

Henry? I'm not so sure I would take him and if I did, it 2pulse be as a sub. Mixes, Nasri, Valbuena and Gameiro..oh, and Menez would be on my list of strong possibilities.
