As the euro hits its lowest point against the dollar in four years, EU finance ministers will meet this morning in Brussels to discuss the biggest crisis to have hit the euro since the currency was created. Talks began yesterday amongst Eurogroup finance ministers to try and find ways of ensuring the recovery and future stability of the euro.
