Synthetic cells: “the implications are so huge as to be scarcely believed”

The implications are huge but ethical questions have been raised. We also look at the latest showdown between the Koreas, the sentencing of a gay couple to 14 years in prison in Malawi and Britain’s decision to investigate torture and rendition.
