What on earth is happening to French football? The team won the World Cup with such class in 1998. Now it has become an international laughing stock, with players refusing to train on Sunday in solidarity with star striker Nicolas Anelka. He was sent home after insulting the deeply unpopular coach, Raymond Domenech.
