Google in China: censorship vs economic gain

Relations between the American search giant and Beijing have been tense since Google stated it no longer wanted to co-operate with the Chinese government's web filtering. In March, Google closed its China-based search engine and rerouted users to its unfiltered Hong Kong site. But the company stopped the automatic rerouting this week. So is Google doing too much to please Beijing and tap into the lucrative Chinese market?
