Egyptian President Hosni Mubarak visited Algerian President Abdelaziz Bouteflika to offer his condolences following the death of the Algerian leader's brother. The two countries became embroiled in a diplomatic row late last year after their national football teams faced off in qualifying for the 2010 World Cup.
