Information

I am anxious to write to Mr Hussein Massoud regarding a strong complaint I have with a Mr Beshir of Egyptair Office in London. I travelled to Luxor on 4.1.10 and stayed at the Steinberger Nile Palace Hotel. My bag was delayed for 4 days which caused me a lot of distress. I was advised by Mr Beshir to put everything into writing, which I did, but after a year, he has not come up with any positive help. I am determined to pursue this and would be grateful for your help.

effect of global crisis on egypt air

when asked by the interviewer,mr.massoud said the global crises affective-as he said-2007 till 2009 had little to no effect on egypt air due to the high manouverability of egypt air fleet, so why did he refuse to raise the salaries of the crew to the least demanded by the cabin-and the cockpit crew, which are much lower than partners in star alliance, declaring that the effects of the crises has hit egypt air, and that losses of his airline leave no chance to discuss any talking about this???????
