With less funding to go around for the fight against AIDS, Tim Martineau of UNAIDS worries policymakers may spend less on prevention. Also joining François Picard in the France 24 Debate: Canadian doctor Rafick-Pierre Sekaly, whose team is working on a cure for the pandemic; Judith Cornell of Unesco; and Jean-Baptiste, an Ivorian who tells us about his experience living healthily with HIV in the Ivory Coast for the past 15 years.
