As concerns grow over Tehran's nuclear ambitions, the EU yesterday slapped new sanctions against the Islamic Republic, targeting its energy and banking sectors as well as key pillars of the regime. Iran reacted angrily to Europe's latest move but said it was ready to negotiate over nukes in September. So is a diplomatic solution still feasible?
