Since late July, forest fires have been ripping across central parts of Russia. Even Moscow is under a thick cloud of smoke. In a rare show of defiance, ordinary citizens were caught on camera criticizing Vladimir Putin to his face, while the Prime minister tries to show the nation he's up to the task.
