Climate change: in the eye of the storm

In Pakistan, the worst floods in 80 years have killed more than 1 600 people, meanwhile Russia has been baking in Sahara-like temperatures, with hundreds dying in the heatwave every day and wild fires destroying huge areas of land. And in China torrential rains have triggered lethal mudslides. Is global warming to blame for these extremes?
