World Economy: where do we all go next?

France has been criticised by the International Monetary Fund and by the European Commission over its deficit: money gurus are expressing doubt over French plans to cut it's deficit from 8% to 6% of its GDP. The world over economists are warning over the possibility of double dip recession. Where do we all go next?
