Is France still the homeland of Human Rights?

This morning, Libération looks at France’s image overseas which has been damaged by Nicolas Sarkozy’s recent declarations on deporting the Roma, according to the paper. “If France wants to give lessons to the world, it needs to lead by example,” the editorial notes.
