If you have already tried to hail a cab on the streets of Paris, you may have experienced the strange feeling: why didn't he stop? In order to help clarify our vision, taxis will now have a red light on if they are taken and a green light if they are available. This is part of an effort to make the city of lights more attractive to tourists as France is hoping to regain the ground lost due to the economic crisis.
