INTERNATIONAL PAPERS, Tuesday, 14th September 2010: She’s on the front page of The Guardian this morning, sporting a steak-hat and raw meat dress… Lady Gaga strikes again! The singer has ruffled some feathers at the MTV Music Video Awards with her provocative outfit. We also look at the Israeli papers as peace talks between Israel and the Palestinian Authority continue today in Egypt. Finally, Berlusconi’s latest gaffe and a new “saddle-design” seat for airplanes.
