A debate with Mark Owen and guests

Jim COHEN, Professor of political Sciences at Paris VIII University and Lecturer at the IHEAL (l'Institut des Hautes Etudes de l'Amérique Latine)
Francis PISANI, Former correspondant for Le Monde in Latin America
Archibald RITTER, Professor at the department of Economics and School of International Affairs, Carleton University in Ottawa (by phone from Ottawa, Canada)
