Sarkozy versus Europe

FRENCH PAPERS, Friday, 17th September 2010: The papers are reporting on open hostility between Nicolas Sarkozy and José Manuel Barroso at yesterday’s European summit. What’s more, it’s Merkel’s word against Sarkozy’s as the German premier denies having mentioned Roma camps or deportations from Germany during yesterday’s EU meeting, directly contradicting Nicolas Sarkozy.
