Israeli settlements: end of freeze, end of hope?

The freeze on building Israeli settlements on Palestinian land is over. The 10-month halt came to an end at midnight on Sunday. Almost immediately bulldozers started clearing land to build around three settlements on the Palestinian West Bank. What's the future of the Middle-East peace talk?
