Internet piracy: can you make people pay? (Part 2)
No sooner has France’s new anti-piracy law come into force, than at least one internet access provider refuses to play along. The whole world is watching to see if the French authorities really will go all the way and pull the plug on customers who illegally share files and download movies, music, and books. Is the law the long-awaited answer to defend artistic creation or a case of Big Brother taking over?
