Did Obama exaggerate European terror threat to distract from drone attacks in Pakistan?

INTERNATIONAL PAPERS, 8.10.2010: In today’s international papers we focus on the US apology to Pakistan for a NATO attack that killed three soldiers on the 30th September. Pakistani paper The Nation is outraged at US drone and helicopter attacks in North Pakistan and the civilian casualties that have resulted. The Guardian this morning leads with an article claiming the US has exaggerated terror threats in Europe in order to justify the recent drone attacks in Pakistan.
