it was so sure that southafrica would be in budget deficit, take a look at the greece incident it was pathetic how many games have they hosted hence the after effects are strikes as it could not pay its workers.therefore, inspite of the big industry in southafrica it will suffer the deficit in gross national product and will suffer the official reserve ratio since the reserved cash will compansate all the expenditures incured during the host of 2010 games
