Guinea elections: ethnic tensions threaten vote

After half a century of dictatorship, Guinean's 10 million citizens are being asked to wait a little longer for democracy. The West African nation's long-awaited transition from military to civilian rule has been put on hold after yet another delay in the country's presidential run-off vote.
