In the 2011 Doing Business Report prepared by the World Bank together with the International Finance Corporation. It provides objective measures of business regulations and their enforcement across 183 economies and selected cities at the sub national and regional level. Overall, Singapore has been ranked in first position, with Chad in Africa coming in final place. IFC's Oliver Griffith tells us more about the findings of the report.
