Cecilia Malmström is the EU’s "Interior Minister". She has just returned from Greece where 175 EU officers have been mobilised to help the authorities stem an influx of undocumented migrants across its border with Turkey. It is the first time that a rapid-intervention border team has been deployed to an EU member state since the Frontex teams were created in 2007. Mrs Malmström also tells us how the EU can respond to the recent terror threats.
