For photography enthusiasts there's only one place to be this month: Paris. November marks the 30th anniversary of the month of the Photo, an event with exhibitions throughout the city. But the highlight is the Paris Photo fair that starts this week. More than a hundred exhibitors from all over the world will show work from a thousand artists. Eve Jackson meets the director and curator, Guillaume Piens.
