Silvio Berlusconi's opponents hammered yet another nail into his crisis-hit coalition in the last 24 hours. Four junior ministers loyal to his main rival, Gianfranco Fini, have resigned from the government, making early elections all that more likely. The move hastens a looming showdown between the prime minister and Mr Fini. Is this the final episode in the Berlusconi soap opera?
