Karachigate: Submarine sales and alleged kickbacks

In 2002, 11 French marine engineers were killed by a suicide bomber in Karachi, Pakistan. Initially terrorists were blamed, but French investigative judges and journalists have since linked the killings to submarine sales to Pakistan in the 1990s and an alleged kickback scheme that went wrong. The families of the bombing victims want answers.
