10 months after the earthquake, is Haiti ready to hold a presidential election?

It's just ten months since a quarter of a million people died in the Haitian earthquake. 1.3 million people were displaced - a tenth of the population - and many remain homeless. Those who lost everything in the rubble no longer have identity cards, yet despite the difficulties, Haitian authorities have been determined to hold the presidential election as planned on November 28th.
