Dacian Cioloş is EU Commissioner in charge of Agriculture and Rural Development. He tells France 24 how he intends to overhaul Europe’s Common Agricultural Policy. Totalling 55 billion euros, it represents almost half of the EU budget and has long been a divisive issue among Europeans.
