The French writer Yann Quéffelec discusses his new book "Adieu Bugaled Breizh", (“Goodbye Bugaled Breizh”) about the 2004 shipwreck of a French trawler. Quéffelec says a Dutch submarine caused the accident, in which 5 French sailors died.
