Leveling the plan field....is a fair and equitable way to start direct negotiation to achieve a nuclear free region. Sanctions do not work and as long as we continue to favor one country over the others it will ultimately destabilize the region. Great strategy session with H.R.H. Prince Turki al-Faesal bin Abdulaziz.
