Derek Thomson presents a news show produced exclusively from content provided by amateurs. Photos, videos and personal accounts from our network of Observers around the world - all checked by our staff in Paris. First run Saturdays at 8:10 am Paris time.
Presentation : Derek Thomson. Editorial Team : Julien Pain, Ségolène Malterre, Lorena Galliot, Sarra Grira, Peggy Bruguière and Paul Larrouturou.
STORY 1 : VENEZUELA
We start in Venezuela. Where they've been experiencing the worst flooding in 40 years. Our Observer says she's been following the disaster closely - but not by watching television.
Observer : Karelia Espinoza in Barquisimeto, a provincial capital in the northwest.
STORY 2 : UNITED KINGDOM
Students there have been protesting for several weeks against plans to raise university fees. They could go up by as much as three times. The biggest and angriest demonstrations have been in London. But there have been events around the country.
Observer : Joanna Beaufoy in Cambridge.
STORY 3 : EGYPT
Our last observer has a report from Egypt about the latest way people are finding to show their faith.
Observer : Maryam Montague in Cairo.
