For the second time this week, South Korea has defied North Korea by staging military drills close to their disputed border. Hundreds of South Korean troops backed by tanks and fighter jets took part in the hour long artillery exercise about 25 miles North of Seoul. Just days after the South held a similar drill off an Island of a North Korean Coast.
