László Andor, EU Commissioner for Employment, Social Affairs and Inclusion

László Andor has just returned from Romania where he has pleaded for countries in the region to make better use of EU funding to integrate Europe's large Roma population. Even though the EU has funds available, member states refrain from using the money.
