if Ouattara is saying that international military intervention does not necessarily mean destabilising the region.then what does it mean?if you say that you love the people why do you want to kill them?And Sarkozy why do you want Ouattara to be president?

Just because ouattara is friend of Sarkozy doesn't mean that he won the election. Ouattara is a rebelle. The people of every coast doesn't want ouattara to govern them.
