One year on, can Haiti rise from the ashes?

On January 12, 2010, a devastating earthquake struck Haiti. One year later, reconstruction efforts have stalled. The capital, Port-au-Prince, remains a huge refugee camp, cholera has claimed the lives of 3,300 victims, and the electoral process has reached a deadlock.
