He's spent the last quarter of a century in exile in France, after a popular uprising ousted him. But on Sunday, former Haitian dictator Jean-Claude "Baby Doc" Duvalier made an unexpected return to his homeland. The former "President for Life" is supposedly there to visit friends and family, but given Haiti's current political instability, many are asking if his return isn't geared at taking back the reins of power.
